Transfer a Call to a Specific Number

You can transfer a call to a valid phone number that is accessible by your system.

To transfer an active call to a specific number:

Procedure


Step 1

In Agent Desktop, click Transfer.

The Transfer Request dialog box appears.
Step 2

In the Transfer Request dialog box, select DN.

Step 3

Enter a valid phone number.

Alternately you can select a contact from the DN drop-down.

Note

The contacts that appear in the DN drop-down are from your enterprise address book.

Step 4

Click Transfer.

The call is transferred to the DN and the WRAP UP page appears.
