Transfer a Call to a Specific Number
You can transfer a call to a valid phone number that is accessible by your system.
To transfer an active call to a specific number:
Procedure
Step 1 | In Agent Desktop, click Transfer. The Transfer Request dialog box appears. | ||
Step 2 | In the Transfer Request dialog box, select DN. | ||
Step 3 | Enter a valid phone number. Alternately you can select a contact from the DN drop-down.

Step 4 | Click Transfer. The call is transferred to the DN and the WRAP UP page appears.
